If you had a writing motto what would it be?
Write, edit, rewrite, edit, polish, polish again, rinse and repeat, and when you finally think: 'if I do more, I'll spoil it,' pull the trigger...

Where do you draw your inspiration?
Everywhere! Films, music, books, lyrics, people watching, and my own quirky imagination ...

What is one interesting fact about you?
I have been writing comedy, in one shape or another, since I was at school.

Have you learned anything from the self publishing process and would you do anything differently next time?
Having total control of every aspect of your work is a wonderful feeling - and no, I don't think I will do anything differently next time.

What has been your most successful marketing strategy?
Reaching out via social media (to raise awareness of Dark Comedy) and talking to readers at real life events: book signings, for example.

What is the best kept secret you have found in regard to indie publishing?
None of it means anything without readers who believe in you.
